AMS RRG distributes its products and services through its exclusive agent, Best Practices Insurance Services. Claims are managed by Best Practices Vice President of Litigation/Loss Control who is both a nurse and attorney with many years of experience in managing claims and litigation for physicians and physician practices throughout the country. This allows claims to be processed quickly, efficiently and professionally. Further, our team consisting of Chief Medical Officer, Specialty Medical Directors and Medical Advisory Panels is intimately involved in the claims review process in an effort to determine merit and assess potential liability.

We provide a number of clinical risk management services including:

• Thorough assessment of risks relative to industry standards and benchmarks:
• Scoring of individual risks relative to a specific population;
• Participation through initiatives such as the Insured Colleagues Program^TM ;
